The staff

The average length of service of our staff members is about 15-20 years: a real exception considering the type of work and the high number of staff members (about 25 people!). We mentioned this to show you that the quality of a restaurant is the result of a collective will. The local customer, the diners, the tourist become the flag and the denominator of the concept of good reception.
